What do you think? I’m really excited about it!
(In case you couldn't tell.) ;)
Special thanks to Fena Lee at Dot Book Cover Design (www.pheeena.co.cc/) for her awesome designing skills.
Since you are probably wondering what the new book is about, I might as well put up the description to go along with it. Here’s that, too:
The Von Trapps meet the Partridge Family
Hello! I’m Anna.
I live on a bus with 8 people and 2 dogs.
I’m a musician, singer, and writer.
I’m in a long-distance relationship.
And I’m not crazy yet!
Meet the Weaver Believer Survival Revival, a 9-member family band who lives in two
tour buses 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Homeless for a purpose, they travel the country, sharing their faith and inspiring, God-praising, foot-stomping music. As told through the eyes of one of the children, their humorous stories, thought-provoking insights, and crazy shenanigans will keep you reading to the last page.
This entertaining biography includes:
· More Weaver Believer stories!
· A special section about the RV lifestyle (for the RVers or RV wanna-bes!)
· A secret “Tricks of the Trade” chapter for musicians, entertainers, and singers
· A “Tips for Telling Your Story”chapter for aspiring writers
· Devotional chapters for living the Faith-full Life
So go ahead, take a deep breath and dive into the next chapter of the crazy, exciting life of the Weaver family!
There you have it!
This week with the Weavers: We had a nice change of events this weekend when we got to go home to north Georgia for a concert. It’s been over 6 months since we were there last, so we got to visit with all the home folks and collect our mail and all that fun stuff. Then for Monday and Tuesday, we drove up to Gatlinburg, TN for Jimmy’s engagement party. There’s no rest for the weary, though. Today, we are getting back on the road for some shows in South Carolina and Georgia.
Book update:
I finished several chapters this week and am relatively pleased with my progress so far. (I think it is safe to say that I will not be completely pleased until I am holding the first copy in my hands. LOL) I have 8 chapters to refine before it is finished. So, I appreciate any prayers you could throw my way. It is my intention to have it all completed by the next post. (Wish me luck!)
Thanks for reading and God bless you all! See you next week!
P.S. I'm thinking about writing a short devotional to post once a week. Would anybody be interested in that?
