Chapter 23 Paula's School Trip
Chapter 23 Paula's School Trip
"I'm just a blockhead~ It doesn't matter~~", Deok-sun said nonchalantly.
"Hey, Joey Wong (nickname), you figured it out?" Deok-sun looked at Joey Wong, who was calculating 'love' next to her, and suddenly became interested.
"Only 45%, I feel like love is impossible," Wang Zixian said with a frustrated expression.
"Let me see," Deok-sun said, craning her neck.
"Idiot! You wrote it wrong."
"Where did I go wrong?"
"Your name is written first."
"This means you only love 'your brother' 45%."
"Really?" Wang Zixian looked on excitedly as Deok-sun offered her guidance, then quickly switched the paper and wrote 'brother's' name first...
After some calculation, Wang Zixian happily exclaimed, "70%!"
“70 percent?” Deok-sun exclaimed in surprise.
"Does that mean 'brother' likes you 70%?" Zhang Meiyu asked with a smile, then added with a strange grin, "That's quite unusual!"
"That's really rare!" Deok-sun exclaimed with a loud laugh.
"Me too! Me too!" Deok-sun said happily, writing down the names of celebrities one by one. Well, it seems that teenagers at that age all like all kinds of celebrities...

Zhengfeng Family
"What's this again? Noodles?" Paula's mom asked, sitting next to the leopard lady and looking at the noodles.
"Pasta, never had it before, have you!" Ms. Leopard joked.
"This is the first time I've ever seen this since I was born! Sister, are you cooking it like noodles?" Paula's mom said honestly, and asked Ms. Leopard with a smile.
"Even if you have a lot of money, you still need somewhere to spend it. I want to eat everything that rich people eat before I die," said Ms. Leopard, revealing her ambition...
Paula's mom was laughing uncontrollably on the side...
"I'm here! What's this? Is it chewy noodles?" Zhengfeng's father asked as he walked over with a smile.
"I already said it's spaghetti!!!" Ms. Leopard roared speechlessly.
Zhengfeng's dad looked bewildered, his eyes wide open, then gradually smiled back: "Don't stare so wide, okay! You scared me to death!" He then gave a sly grin.
This made Ms. Leopard roll her eyes.
Paula's mom watched Zhengfeng's dad and eldest sister, who were acting like a bunch of clowns, and smiled without saying a word.
"By the way, why is Aze holding a victory celebration at our house?" Zhengfeng's father asked, puzzled.
“What kind of dishes did you expect Aze’s father to cook? I had him buy a chicken, and Shuyu also helped with the cooking. He’s a great cook,” said Ms. Leopard.
"Oh, speaking of Shuyu and Aze, I wish I had a daughter. Either of them would be my son-in-law!" Zhengfeng's father joked.
“Hey, I’ve already set my sights on Shuyu and Aze, and I want them to be my sons-in-law. You’ve missed your chance,” Paula’s mom joked.
"Wow, you're so greedy! One isn't enough for you, you want two! Oh right, you have two daughters, one for each of you!" Ms. Leopard teased.
“Oh, big sister, if what you're saying is true, that would be great…” Paula’s mother replied with a smile that made her eyes disappear.
“Seriously, isn’t Paula coming? All the kids are here today,” Ms. Leopard asked.
"Oh dear, she said she's busy with some kind of academic matter at school, and she comes home very late every Saturday. She probably won't be back until after midnight today either," Paula's mom replied, examining the 'American noodles' package as she spoke.
"Mom! Where are you?"
"Paula?" Paula's mother had barely finished speaking when Paula's voice called out from outside the door. Zhengfeng's father called out with a puzzled look on his face.
"What's going on? Why are you back so early?" Paula's mother was wondering why Paula was back so early today when she suddenly exclaimed in surprise, her eyes widening as if she had been electrocuted.
Oh no, it seems Deok-sun is still wearing Bora's clothes and hasn't gotten out of school yet...
......
Shuangmen Girls' High School
"Eleven, twelve... fifteen, sixteen..." Deok-sun was lying on the table, pressing a mechanical pencil and counting aloud. Suddenly, she paused and asked, "How old am I?"
Zixian watched this guy from the side, who had even forgotten how old he was, and replied with a smile, "Eighteen years old, still two numbers short."
"Seventeen, eighteen!" Deok-sun finally sat up and started doodling in the heart shape she had drawn on the paper with a mechanical pencil.
"If it breaks, it's all over! If it breaks, your love can't come true!" Mi-ok, being Deok-sun's best friend, threw a stone into Deok-sun's heart as she was engrossed in doodling.
"Hey! Don't even dream about love until you get your braces off!" Deok-sun retorted angrily to her fake best friend.
"Tch~" Meiyu scoffed.
Deok-sun glanced at her, then continued to concentrate on doodling, saying as she drew, "Quiet down, this concerns the fate of my first love."
As a teenager, Deok-sun seemed to know a little bit about everything except academics, and she could even dabble in all sorts of mystical things. Unfortunately, she wasn't like the old lady at the temple; she wasn't as accurate...
"Snap!" The pencil lead broke as she spoke...

"I'm going on a school trip today! I'm packing my bag and I'm off."
Paula's House
Paula was packing her luggage for the trip in her room, while her mother stood by her side, looking anxious and restless, sometimes touching her ears and sometimes rubbing her hands.
"Why...why are we suddenly going on a school trip?" Paula's mother asked anxiously.
"I don't know! Today, my senior said he got the tutoring fee and suggested going to Daesung-ri (place name). What a madman! He's really doing whatever he wants!" Paula replied, rummaging through her clothes, and then became angry.
"Mom? Here... Did you see the stirrups?" Paula asked.
Paula's mother tensed up at the question, but when she heard it was just a pair of leggings, she breathed a sigh of relief and replied with a smile, "Mom took them to wash this morning, they should be dry by now, I'll bring them to you."
After saying that, he quickly prepared to get it.
“No need, I’ll just wear these pants,” Paula said.
Seeing Paula rummaging through the closet, Paula's mother's heart jumped into her throat again.
"Mom, where did my clothes go? My coat!"
Paula's mother's heart skipped a beat.
"Where is my coat?" Paula asked after searching again but still couldn't find it.
“Baseball uniform!” Seeing that her mother didn’t speak, Paula turned to her and added.
"Oh~ Mom took it to the laundromat~~", Paula's mom replied with a smile, thinking to herself, Deok-sun has escaped another disaster...
"Oh, it's nothing, let's not look for that anymore. Where's the denim jacket?" Paula asked, her eyes gleaning the answer.
Paula's mom's smile vanished instantly.
Confused, Paula looked at her mother and continued searching. "Oh? Where's my jeans? I put them right here! I saw them this morning!"
