Chapter 558: The Rift from Nothingness to Transcendence
Chapter 558: The Rift from Nothingness to Transcendence
The rift from nothingness to transcendence
Feng Jing's consciousness began to drift in a void, as time seemed to lose its meaning. All existence became blurred, as if he himself had become part of this void. Here, there was no past, no future, only the eternal "present." He was pulled into an unknown dimension, no longer any space he had ever known, and even "space" itself had no meaning.
He was no longer Feng Jing, he was no longer even an "existence." He was just a "dot" in the endless void, an existence that could not be defined.
However, just when Feng Jing thought he had completely disappeared, suddenly, an extremely hot light pierced through the void and directly penetrated his blurred consciousness. He felt his consciousness being forcibly pulled out of the void and entered a completely different dimension.
"You're finally back." A familiar voice came into his ears. Feng Jing suddenly opened his eyes and saw a familiar figure.
That was his former partner, Helian. Feng Jing had thought she had disappeared at the end of time, but now, she unexpectedly appeared in this empty space, as if she had returned from some incomprehensible place.
"You..." Feng Jing's voice was filled with shock and confusion, "Why are you here?"
Helian smiled, a deep glint in her eyes, as if she had already seen through all of Feng Jing's confusion. "You think you're alone, Feng Jing? You think you can transcend everything alone, but you're wrong. The cycle of fate is inescapable. All existence will eventually converge to a single point." Her voice was like an ancient whisper, carrying a mysterious power.
Feng Jing opened his mouth, wanting to refute, but he found that he couldn't make a sound. Helian's existence had trapped him in the rules of this space. His mind became increasingly blurred, as if everything was rapidly collapsing.
"What is this place?" Feng Jing tried to ask, although he knew that there seemed to be no answer to this question.
Helian's smile grew even more mysterious. She gently raised her hand, and a silver light flashed from her fingertips, quickly enveloping Feng Jing's consciousness. "This is the 'Realm of Transcendence,'" her voice was deep and powerful. "Here, all rules can be overturned, and all existence can be reshaped. You think you've transcended 'nothingness,' but you haven't yet truly understood the true meaning of 'existence.'"
Feng Jing's heart raced, and he felt himself sinking deeper into confusion. What exactly was this "transcendent realm"? Why was Helian here? Had he never truly transcended nothingness, or was the so-called "nothingness" itself not the true destination?
Just when Feng Jing was confused, Helian waved his hand lightly, and the laws of space began to distort violently. Feng Jing's body was pulled into countless pieces by the invisible force and scattered throughout the "Realm of Transcendence".
"You've never truly understood the meaning of creation, Feng Jing." Helian's voice rang out again, this time with a hint of indifference in her tone. "All your creations, all your destructions, are nothing but illusions of fate. You think you're a god, but you're just a pawn controlled by fate."
Feng Jing's consciousness was suffocated by the distorted space, and his body became like a torn piece of cloth, shattered into pieces. However, strangely, he did not feel any pain. Instead, at this moment, his mind became empty and clear.
"Is everything just a game of fate?" Feng Jing murmured to himself. The Helian in front of him seemed to no longer be the girl he once knew, but an existence that transcended all human cognition.
Helian's smile faded. She stared at Feng Jing, a mysterious glint in her eyes. "No, Feng Jing, fate is not a game. Fate itself is a river without end. All life, all existence, flows on this river. When you think you can transcend it, fate has already left a deep mark on your feet."
Feng Jing's consciousness was pulled again, and he began to see some extremely ancient scenes - the collapse of galaxies, the birth and death of the universe, the distortion and flow of time... All of this flashed alternately before his eyes, as if the history of the entire universe was reflected in his heart at this moment.
"Is this the realm of transcendence?" Feng Jing's voice was hoarse. He finally understood that everything he had experienced was just an endless cycle and infinite evolution.
Helian's figure became increasingly blurred, and her voice grew distant. "Yes, there is no time or space here. You have never truly escaped the shackles of fate. Everything you have experienced is merely an echo of fate."
"Echo?" Feng Jing tried to catch every word she said, however, Helian's words gradually became unclear and the space began to distort.
Before Feng Jing could fully understand what was happening, a powerful force suddenly pulled him out of nothingness, and his consciousness instantly returned to a place that was both familiar and unfamiliar - a huge space filled with endless darkness.
"You..." Feng Jing roared in a low voice, and suddenly found himself back to the starting point - the place he once thought it was impossible to return to.
"Feng Jing, your story never ends." Helian's voice rang out again, carrying an irresistible sense of oppression. "You thought you could transcend everything, but in the end, you will find that you can never escape the cycle of fate. You are both the creator and the destroyer, both the past and the future, and there is no end."
Feng Jing's consciousness completely collapsed, and he began to realize that he was just a symbol of fate, a cycle that could not be escaped. Everything he had experienced, all the creation and destruction, would eventually return to nothingness, and there would be no escape.
However, this nothingness is not the end, Feng Jing's fate has not yet come to an end.
